For me, it’s always been about joy. Finding freedom and opportunity in every situation has been my M.O. since I can remember. I grew up an afraid child, diagnosed with multiple anxiety disorders. Every day was a challenge, and I learned from a young age how to push through my “reality” to envision the future I want. What began as a necessary shift during many dark times became a lifestyle - I’ve spent my life pushing the boundaries and making sense out of life by following my passion for personal growth, creativity and connection. As a direct result of breaking down my own walls (sometimes by brute force), I found myself professionally: traveling across the country as a senior consultant for Sigma Kappa Sorority, in the corporate office, and even at The White House. During my time at The White House, I learned many, many powerful lessons beyond their walls; the most important: WHO you are without the lens of fear.
I learned the only limit that TRULY confined me was the limit I put on myself. Not a label from my past. Not an experience. Not what fear whispered to me so many times. And…it. was. a. game-changer. Freedom chased me down when I stood in my own power and leaned into the fear and uncertainty.
What I do: I am a professional certified coach and and speaker- I support others in uncovering the potential that’s right inside of them.
What I know: Finding freedom happens when we realize that we are greater than we appear, go deeper than we thought possible, and are more resilient than we knew.
